WHAT IS MARBLE?
Marble is a translucent crystalline metamorphic rock that is formed by the continuous effects of pressure and heat on limestone.
It is composed of the recrystallized calcite and usually contains other minerals, such as clay minerals, micas, quartz, pyrite, iron oxides, and graphite.


WHAT IS Recrystallization?
Recrystallization is what makes a distinction between limestone and marble. levels of metamorphism will specify the size of calcite crystals. The crystals become larger as the level of metamorphism progresses.

The most representative marble types:
White: Inspires purity as well as providing spaciousness to any space.
Cream: combines perfectly with the wide range of existing natural colors providing a peaceful environment.
